I think our current system of maintaining police department funding is flawed. what would happen if no one in the US broke the law for like 60 days? doesnt the income from tickets support the local police and partially the local judicial system? would our taxes go up? doesnt the need for ticket income actually in some subtle economic way pressure people to break the law? hmmmmm |
